We size the heater to your exact cubic volume, plan rock mass and vent placement for proper löyly, and detail the insulation and vapour barrier assembly. Then we pull permits through the City of San Rafael or your town’s permit office and schedule inspections so the build stays clean.
3. Build and finish carpentry
Our crew frames, insulates, runs the moisture and ventilation systems, sets the heater, and installs your selected wood, benches, lighting, and glass. We commission the sauna with you, run the first heat cycle, and walk you through care so it ages beautifully.
